Woden St, Salford Receives Planning Permission

Salford city council have given planning permission to a 15 storey high tower block to be built on Woden St, Salford. This will be one of the largest PRS schemes to be built within the Greater Manchester area. 

 

The scheme will provide new high quality apartments comprising a mix of one, two and three bed units, car parking which also includes a car club, cycle parking and a cycle club.

There will be 3 residential buildings, connected by smaller link blocks, providing 383 apartments, rising from 7 storeys at the Ordsall Lane end of the site to 14 storeys at the focal point overlooking the River Irwell. 

 

This is a first of its kind in this area and has been designed specifically for the emerging PRS market!
