On Friday we enjoyed a monthly catch up with beers and icecream to present two of our current projects, Grand Central Square and 125 Deansgate with KONCEPT Interior Design.

Grand Central Square, Leicester comprises two individual hotels, Adagio and Novotel. The hotels share access to public areas containing a restaurant, lounge areas, meeting rooms and leisure facilities with all front of house areas designed by KONCEPT id. The Adagio consists of 98 apartments with the Novotel accommodating 154 bedrooms.

125 Deansgate scheme is a 120,000 sq ft Grade A offices based in a highly prominent location, positioned next to the Central Business District, Spinningfields and the Civic Quarter. KONCEPT have designed the public areas with luxury materials and elegant finishes of the highest standard. Champagne tones, with the hint of rich evergreen chairs and brass inlayed through the floor to create fluidity through the lobby.
