Public Sector

Leach Rhodes Walker has had a good success rate in winning both public sector and PFI projects.  

The projects range has been diverse including civic offices for Copeland and Denbigh Council, The Foundation College for Army Training close to Harrogate, offices for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs in Manchester, the Headquarters for the Cheshire Police and we have just completed a Regional Emergency Control Centre for the Department of Communities and Local Government in Warrington which has been designed
to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating.

We also completed an extensive programme of work at the University of York commencing with the preparation of a masterplan and the design and construction of a variety of buildings including a new Humanities Library, Archive Building, Medical Teaching Buildings and Medical Research Buildings.
