Leach Rhodes Walker are market leaders in residential and build to rent. Having built over 5,000 predominantly apartments, in the previous economic cycle and we have emerged as one of the leading companies delivering residential with the emerging ‘build to rent’ BTR market. These projects generally range from five to mid twenties storeys, and are based on deliverable schemes.

One of our key skills is in the delivery of these schemes. We know how to balance the requirements of budget with quality, and ensure that the schemes meet the requirements of private sale and BTR operators and get onto site. We are now also doing our first co living projects and delivering into this residential market.
