New Booths Lytham St Annes

One of our latest retail projects is a Booths foodstore in Lytham, St Annes and is planned to start on site early 2014 with completion in late 2014.

It comprises of circa 35,000 sq ft of accommodation which includes an in house cafe that overlooks a new Public Square. The bespoke styling draws on inspiration from the local vernacular with subtle coastal references, and like many Booths stores it is a unique design for its location. The Masterplan is by Worthington Properties and also includes 300 residential properties, a public house, a nursing home, surface parking spaces and a new public square.
