Leach Rhodes Walker Granted Planning Approval

We are pleased to announce that on the 14th April, we received planning approval for a 290 bed Budget hotel on Cross St in the City Centre of Manchester.

The site works are due to commence later this year and completion is currently expected to be in 2016.
