Leach Rhodes Walker Win’s Architect’s Practice of the Year 2014

Leach Rhodes Walker are pleased to announce that they have won the ‘Architect’s practice of the Year 2014′ award.

The event took place on 15 May 2014 at the Insider North West property Awards 2014. The Awards are regarded as the ‘Oscars’ of the region’s property sector and fourteen awards were up for grabs which were voted for by a pool of 50 property experts and revealed on the night.

The event was held at the Award winning Convention Centre ‘Manchester Central’ and brought together over 1000 people from the North West region.

Already short listed and up against five other practices, Leach Rhodes Walker won Architects Practice of the Year 2014. The award was collected by Justin Marks, Stuart Aldred and Christian Gilham, Directors of the practice.

Leach Rhodes Walker are also delighted that their current project a retail store in Talbot Gateway, Blackpool was also ‘scooped’ by their clients Muse Developments, winning ‘Commercial Development of the Year Award’.
