which also includes a car club, cycle parking and a cycle club. The scheme is
one of the first of its kind in this area in that it has been designed specifically

The development consists of 3 no. residential buildings, connected by smaller link blocks, providing 383 apartments, rising from 7 storeys at the Ordsall Lane end of the site to 14 storeys at the focal point overlooking the River Irwell. There is one small commercial unit on Woden Street, towards Ordsall Lane, and two ancillary units serving the development, on the River Irwell end, which gives active frontage to the River level.
