Planning Application Submitted for Woden St

We are pleased to announce that we have just submitted a planning application for a residential scheme on Woden Street in Salford.

The scheme proposes new high quality apartments comprising a mix of one,

two and three bed units and associated amenity space, small commercial units,

hard and soft landscaping, servicing and secure semi-basement car parking

which also includes a car club, cycle parking and a cycle club. The scheme is

one of the first of its kind in this area in that it has been designed specifically

for the emerging PRS market, providing a single landlord building management structure which will drive efficiencies in every aspect from design concept to operation.

The development consists of 3 no. residential buildings, connected by smaller link blocks, providing 383 apartments, rising from 7 storeys at the Ordsall Lane end of the site to 14 storeys at the focal point overlooking the River Irwell. There is one small commercial unit on Woden Street, towards Ordsall Lane, and two ancillary units serving the development, on the River Irwell end, which gives active frontage to the River level.
