Take a look at our newly designed championship golf course and hotel which could bring the Ryder Cup
Last month we were featured in the Manchester Evening News for our recent project Hulton Park. We have been working alongside Peel Land and Property to develop plans to restore Hulton Park through the delivery of an international tour standard golf course and leisure resort.
The Park is one of the most remarkable historic estates of North West England and was owned by generations of the Hulton family, who were wealthy coal merchants and landowners. The aim is to regenerate this fantastic but degraded landscape in a sympathetic way which secures a lasting positive legacy.

"The striking pictures show lush greens, fairways, holes flanked by stands for spectators, a huge white stone hotel, a spa and a clubhouse.
The planning application also includes the creation of 1,000 new homes nearby, a new primary school and the construction of a new relief road in Westhoughton.
Peel’s plans also include a golf academy, a driving range, adventure golf, and buildings designed to host golf tuition and sports sciences."
