Wharf Road, Altrincham Planning Submitted!

Planning has been submitted for new canal side apartments in Altrincham. The 99 apartment development ranges from 3 to 9 storeys high. An existing brick warehouse on the site bordering the Bridgewater Canal will be knocked down to make way for the scheme, which will provide a mix of one, two, and three-bed apartments, alongside six two-bed townhouses. It will also include 104 car parking spaces and 99 cycle spaces, as well as a 6,000 sq ft internal courtyard for residents.
