21 Strand St in the News!

21 Strand Street is due to start on site this month! The build-to-rent scheme will have 383 apartments, a private gym, meeting rooms, and a residents’ roof garden.

As seen in Place North West, the scheme has had an £86m investment from Invesco Real Estate. Being brought forward by developers Patten Properties, Panacea Property Development alongside main contractor Graham.
