Staff site visit to Clippers Quay

The PRS scheme, Clippers Quay is based on the waterside in Salford and comprises 614 apartments, a centralised hub facility, extensive public and private realm and 33% car parking with cards concealed from view.

Today the LRW staff went to visit the site and learnt that the scheme is progressing well. Set across 5 blocks, the apartments range from 1, 2 and 3 bed units.
