3 St. Peters Square on Site
Construction has started on the new 20 storey Motel One/ Stay City, hotel/ aparthotel. The site occupies one of the most high profile locations in Manchester City centre at St Peters Square. LRW have developed the design for the 328 bedroom Motel One and the 256 Stay City apart-hotel located in the top section of the building.
As well as design and delivery architects for the project LRW also undertake an executive role for motel One to ensure Brand compliance throughout the design and delivery of the project.
