Planning Submitted for North Western Halls Hotel Conversion
PLANNING SUBMITTED for Grade II-listed building conversion to a Hotel in Liverpool.
Our design to redevelop the historic 1871 North Western Halls building back into a hotel, after over 20 years in use as a student residence, will include 202 high quality bedrooms. Rooms will include a number of suites whilst original building spaces will look to be showcased as the centrepiece of this exciting new venture.
The design will look to re-open a historic pedestrian link through to the railway concourse and bring back into use the abandoned basement level. The proposal includes a new bar and restaurant, gym and meeting facilities which will appeal to guests and public alike along the central Lime Street Corridor.
We are working with a high-quality hotel and lifestyle brand on this project with a view to opening in 2020. The hotelier will add real energy to the area and work with us to retain the heritage of the building for many years to come.
