Working alongside Grzywinski + Pons for SACO Apartments, we refurbished what was the Atrium Serviced Apartments, into a new, beautifully designed aparthotel to operate under its Locke brand; comprising of 160-bedrooms.

In addition to providing state of the art short stay apartments, Whitworth Locke also provides a co-working area, it's own boutique gym 'The Locker Room', Foundation Coffee House and the main focal point of the aparthotel is the atrium, where an ornate glass ceiling towers over a bar known as 'The Conservatory'. The former cotton mill has been re-imagined into a 21st century living space with you in mind.
