Further award recognition for Triangle Yard, Leeds

Leach Rhodes Walker Architects (LRWArchitects) is delighted to announce that Triangle Yard, Leeds, has been shortlisted for Residential Development of the Year – More Than 100 Homes at the Insider Yorkshire Property Awards 2026.
The latest shortlisting follows the development’s recent recognition as Project of the Year at The Association of Brickwork Contractors Ltd Awards, reflecting the quality of the completed scheme and the collaborative work of the wider project team.
Rising to 31 storeys and delivering 399 new homes, Triangle Yard occupies a prominent position within the evolving Leeds skyline. The development has been designed as a distinctive new gateway into the city, with a strong architectural form and a carefully considered material palette that responds to its urban setting.
Brickwork plays an important role in the building’s identity, introducing texture, depth and variation across the elevations. The detailing and composition help break down the scale of the tower while creating a recognisable and confident addition to the cityscape.
The Insider Yorkshire Property Awards celebrate the organisations, developments and individuals shaping the region’s property industry. The Residential Development of the Year category recognises schemes that demonstrate quality, innovation, commercial success, sustainability and wider benefits to their communities.
