We are delighted to announce that Gateway 2 approval has been secured for the Vivere (Cornbrook) development on behalf of Forshaw Land & Property Group Ltd, with Domis Construction appointed as Principal Contractor.
Located within one of Manchester's key regeneration areas, the development will deliver a striking 25-storey mixed-use building that will make a significant contribution to the city's evolving skyline. The scheme comprises 88 aparthotel suites and 237 residential apartments, alongside a range of thoughtfully designed communal amenities that support modern urban living and long-stay accommodation.
Designed by Leach Rhodes Walker (LRW) Architects, Vivere reflects the growing demand for high-quality, amenity-rich developments that enhance both the resident and visitor experience while contributing positively to the wider cityscape.
Achieving Gateway 2 approval marks an important milestone in the project's progression and demonstrates the collaborative efforts of the entire project team. It also highlights our expertise in successfully navigating the Building Safety Regulator's Gateway process, helping clients advance complex developments while maintaining compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.
We are proud to have supported the project team in reaching this stage and look forward to seeing the development progress through construction and ultimately contribute to Manchester's continued growth and regeneration.
