Triangle Yards Celebrates Another Award-Winning Achievement at the Brick Awards 2026
Leach Rhodes Walker Architects is delighted to celebrate another significant achievement for Triangle Yards (Skinner Street) in Leeds, which has been named the winner of the prestigious Architects’ Choice Award at the Brick Awards 2026.
The award, presented at the 50th annual Brick Awards ceremony on 4 November 2026 at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London, marks another proud milestone for the project and the wider team involved in its delivery. Hosted by Phil Spencer, best known for Location, Location, Location, the evening celebrated outstanding achievements in brick architecture, design and craftsmanship.

A Distinctive Addition to the Leeds Skyline
Standing 30 storeys tall in the heart of Leeds, Triangle Yards demonstrates the remarkable versatility of traditional brickwork in contemporary high-rise architecture.
The building's distinctive sweeping curved façades, intricate detailing and carefully selected brick palette create a bold architectural identity while responding to its urban surroundings.
Combining approximately 800,000 bricks across its façades, the development illustrates how traditional materials can be used to deliver ambitious architectural forms through innovative design and exceptional craftsmanship.
