We celebrated some of the people who have been at the heart of our company for many years at our Long Service Awards night. Our long-standing team members who have been with the business for over 10 years (some 25!) have played a key role in shaping our culture, strengthening our values, and helping pave the way for our company to grow and succeed over time.
Their commitment, loyalty and consistency really show in everything they do. Through both challenges and achievements, they have been a steady presence, bringing experience, supporting those around them, and setting a strong example of dedication and professionalism.
The award ceremony is about recognising that journey and the impact they continue to make. It was a chance to reflect on the years of contribution behind the scenes that have helped build the company we are proud of today, and to celebrate the people who continue to move it forward.
